About the user's response to the high fuel consumption of the diesel engine

The engine must consume a certain amount of oil in the normal working process, even if the same type of engine will also lead to the difference in fuel consumption due to the following factors:

1. Different working conditions;

2. Slight difference in matching clearance during engine manufacturing;

3. Differences in use and maintenance (resulting in different degrees of engine wear);

4. Difference in lubricating oil quality.

5. Especially during the run-in period of the engine (within 700 hours), the oil consumption will be greater because the clearance between the piston ring and the cylinder liner is not completely run-in.

The normal engine/diesel consumption ratio of the diesel water-cooled engine should be within 0.5%(air-cooled should be within 0.75%) (under good running-in and continuous full load); The engine/diesel consumption ratio can reach 0.75%(air cooling can reach 1%) during the running-in period and often run under partial load or small load. If the engine smoke is normal, there is no crankcase gas channeling phenomenon, and the engine fuel consumption is within the range of 0.75%(air cooling 1%), it can be confirmed that the engine fuel consumption is normal.

If it is true that the fuel consumption range of the machine has exceeded 0.75%(air-cooled 1%), we need to send service personnel to repair, please fill in the attached table completely and sign the confirmation and return to the diesel company Beijing office. (Fax: 010-65120042)
