The cooling liquid in the heat sink of Deutz diesel engine in operation is generally very hot and under pressure. When it is not cooled, the heat sink is not allowed to be arranged or the pipe is removed. When the fan is rotating, please do not work on the heat sink or start the machine.

External cleaning: Diesel radiator in a dusty or dirty environment, there may be debris, bugs and other blockage, thus affecting the efficiency of the radiator. In order to regularly clean these light deposits, low pressure hot water and spray cleaning agent can be used to spray steam or water from the front of the radiator to the fan; if sprayed in the opposite direction, it will only blow the dirt to the center. When using this method, the diesel generator should be blocked with cloth. If the stubborn deposits cannot be removed by the above methods, the radiator can be removed and soaked in hot alkali water for about 20 minutes, and then rinsed with hot water.

Internal cleaning: If the power is generated because the seams leak, or because the rust remover has not been used for a period of time, it can only be filled with water for a period of time, then the system may be blocked.
