The abnormal sound of the electromagnetic clutch is mainly due to the increase of the gap caused by the wear of the electromagnetic clutch, and the abnormal sound of the air conditioning pump bearing is mainly due to the lack of lubricating oil. If these two problems are not solved in time, the air conditioning pump will burn and cannot be cooled.

Generator abnormal sound: The abnormal sound of the generator generally occurs in the place where the generator bearing is loose, which is caused by the lack of oil in the big Chai Deutz engine and the loosening of the belt. Generator power supply is normal. Because the bearing is loose, it is easy to cause power generation damage, the belt is loose, the belt is sliding, and the driving force is insufficient.

Abnormal timing noise: Abnormal timing noise mainly occurs on the timing belt tensioner and timing chain limiter, the main reason is that the tensioner long-term extrusion wear deformation, limiter wear. This phenomenon will lead to starting jitter, idling is unstable, easy to stall, and the engine speed is difficult to improve. In severe cases, the valve of the Oshiba Deutz engine attachment can become deformed due to the piston, requiring overhaul and replacement of the engine cylinder head.

Belt abnormal sound: There are two main reasons for belt abnormal sound, belt abnormal sound and tensioner abnormal sound. The abnormal sound of the belt is mainly due to the long-term aging and slipping of the belt. When the car accelerates, the belt will beat due to insufficient friction, mainly due to the belt cracking and tensile force is too large, thus affecting the output power of the engine. The abnormal sound of the tensioner is mainly due to the change of the elastic force of the spring, the spring passivation, resulting in insufficient elasticity and affecting the tension and torque.
